15th December 2011: Joana Maria Fernandes Whyte, CEDU's Collaborating Member, defended the master thesis "O princípio ne bis in idem no quadro da jurisprudência do Tribunal de Justiça da União Europeia" her guiding master was Prof. Mário Ferreira Monte. She had the final grade - concerning to the thesis defense - of 17.
