This award wants to enhance papers written in the are of the European Union Law which contribute to the european citizenship.
The award is attributed based on a deliberation of a jury, having to different categories: Formation and Investigation.
In the category "Training", the candidates can be students of graduation and Master's courses in Law.
In the category "Investigation", candidates can apply if having a graduation in Law, and having less than 35 years old, and being portuguese ou having studied in a portuguese institution.
The applications can be done until 31st Ouctober 2011.
