Joana Covelo de Abreu, PhD Member of CEDU and Professor of EDUM, has been appointed to incorporate a group of experts who will be responsible for the modernization of two European Regulations on Cross-Border Acquisition of Evidence and Citations/Notifications in a Cross-Border Context (1206 (2001/1393/2007), tending (above all) to adapt those Regulations to the requirements of European e-Justice.
 
Joana will participate, on 8 and 9 January 2018, in the first meeting of the expert group in Brussels.
