Sophie Perez Fernandes, member of the Center of Studies in European Union  Law (CEDU) at the University of Minho, was honored on November 15, 2016 with an honorable mention in the Professor Paul Pitta e Cunha Award, instituted by the European Institute of University of Lisbon, for the work entitled "The duty of administrative annulment provided for in article 168, paragraph 7, CPA - in search of a Eurocompatible solution".
