Rui do Carmo, LL.M European Economic Law, researcher on EU affairs and collaborating member of CEDU, has already started his activities within the European Commission in Brussels, on legal and regulatory affairs related with the functioning of the internal market, namely in regard to the highly regulated market of pharmaceutical products. He has been particularly involved in the on-going activities related with the implementation of the new Clinical Trials Regulation (Regulation (EU) No 536/2014) at the level of the work-groups involved in the process, and in the cooperation with the EP and the Council, including in the drafting and revision of the related Implementing and Delegated Regulations.
