Within the celebration of the European Citizens' Year, on 13 December 2013, took place at Santa Casa da Misericórdia Auditorium in Vila Verde the seminary "More Citizenship for All: 2014 European Elections" in which Sophie Perez, CEDU?s collaborating member, participated with a presentation on "Rights of Citizenship in the European Union". This initiative was promoted by Ponte de Lima's EuropDirect and Santa Casa da Misericórdia. The seminar was translated into sign language.
