Sophie Perez Fernandes was interviewed in RTP 1, Bom Dia Portugal, on 12 th May 2013 because she was awarded the Jacques Delors prize for best academic study on a community subject. The dissertation was presented on 9th May and is entitled "A Responsabilidade Civil do Estado-Legislador por Violação do Direito da União Europeia - breves notas sobre o caso português".
