CEDU promoted a Seminar, especially aiming the Master and the Training Course Students', about the following topic "A competência, o reconhecimento e a execução de decisões judiciais em matéria matrimonial e de responsabilidade parental no espaço da União Europeia; a supressão do exequatur". The subject "Rede Judiciária Europeia em Matéria Civil e Comercial", which is so important was also treated additionally.
The guest was the Judge of 2nd Instance, Mr. Carlos Marinho, of Lisbon's Court of Appeal, that is responsible for the formation in the Judges School. He was also the portuguese representative, along the European Judiciary Network. The seminar was held last 7th December 2012, 2 p.m., in the classroom 004.
