CEDU has been invited by APDE (Associação Portuguesa de Direito Europeu) to write athe Portuguese Report to be presented in the XXV Congress of the International Federationof European Law (FIDE). This Congress will take place in Tallinn (2012). It has been nominated, as national rappourters named by APDE, PhD Alessandra Silveira (Director of CEDU), PhD Pedro Froufe (member of the da Directive Commission of CEDU) and Master Mariana Canotilho (member colaborator of CEDU).
The report made by the Members of CEDU is about the theme "Protection of Fundamental Rights post-Lisbon: The Interaction between the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights, the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) and National Constitutions".

In Tallinn, the team was represented by Professor Alessandra Silveira, CEDU's Director and "national rapporteur" of the Report, and Master Joana Rita Abreu, Colaborating Member of CEDU and one of the responsibles for the jurisprudential collection that was used as the base of the Report.
