We inform that on the 10th February 2011 at the University of Minho Law School the applicant Joana Rita de Sousa Covelo de Abreu presented and defended her LLM thesis.The judging pannel comprised the following: Professor Mário Monte (President), Professor Alexandra Aragão (examiner), Professor Alessandra Silveira (supervisor) and Professor Pedro Froufe. The thesis embraced the area of the judiciary having the following title : "A inércia do legislador e as suas consequências no ordenamento jurídico nacional e europeu: a inconstitucionalidade por omissão à luz da acção por incumprimento." The applicant cocluded her LLM defence with a mark of 18 (within a scale from 0 to 20).
