Members of CEDU-JusGov spoke at the ICON-S Italian Chapter Conference ""ew Technology and the Future of Public Law", held at the University of Florence on November 22 and 23.
CEDU's team was part of the panel "Artificial intelligence and the new challenges to public law", chaired by Alessandra Silveira, who presented the communication entitled "Regolando l'intelligenza artificiale: questioni giuridiche traica ética". The panel also featured interventions by Pedro Freitas ("AI, bias and criminal law") and Tiago Cabral ("Correcting AI: how can AI comply with GDPR's right to rectification").
