On June 18 and 19, 2018, a group of students from the European Law Masters Degree (EDUM) and CEDU researchers, as well as magistrates and lawyers, visited the Court of Justice of the European Union (Court of Justice and  General Court). The participants were received by the Portuguese judges of the Institution and their office members. The visit was organized by the CJEU's Seminars and Visits Unit and included a guided tour of the buildings, briefings on the functioning of the Institution (Secretariat, Directorate-General for Multilingualism, Library), and assistance to the hearing of allegations in Case C-497/17 (Oeuvre d'assistance aux bêtes d'abattoirs)
