Following the Seminar: "Interoperability in the Security Union", organized by the INTEROP project in partnership with the European Parliament's Communication Office in Portugal, which took place on June 1st between 2:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., at UMinho's Casa do Conhecimento (B-Lounge Area of UMinho Library), the Seminar "State, Constitution and Technology: the end of the Rule of Law (?)", especially aimed at the students of the European Union Master's Degree in Law .

The keynote speaker was Professor José Luís Bolzan de Morais, State Prosecutor of the State of Rio Grande do Sul (appointed to the Brazilian Federal Supreme Court) and professor at the Faculty of Law of Vitória (Espírito Santo/Brazil), having as discussion: Alessandra Silveira (UMinho), Álvaro Alzina (Universidad Rey Juan Carlos), Flaviane Barros (Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais - PUC/MG/Brazil), Mariana Canotilho (UMinho), Ruben Juvandes (Conselho Superior da Magistratura, Portugal), Sophie Perez (UMinho).
