The young trainee lawyer and researcher in European Union law was invited by the Council of Europe to participate as the only Portuguese in the 34th and 35th sessions of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities, which will take place respectively in March and May.
The Mayor of Braga, Ricardo Rio, the President of the Regional Governments of Madeira and of the Azores and other national local actors and national authorities and national and international authorities are members of the Congress. The first session will focus on "Rights Based on Governance at local and regional level".
