CEDU organized a seminar (workshop format) under the subject "Desestadualização normativa, poder local e descentralização". The event was held on November 21 at 14:00 in the Researchers' of EDUM. The motto of the event was globalization and the tendencies of fragmentation of the power of the States that impose a rethinking of normative action and the presence of Law in the contemporary world.
