Joana Covelo de Abreu, responsible for the scientific component of INTEROP, was invited to participate on October 26, 2017, at the XIII International Scientific Conference.

The CEDU researcher made a presentation on "International economic relations in the field of telecommunications - perspectives and opportunities in the light of the basic telecommunication law (Law no. 8/01, of May 11) and the emergence of the market Single European Digital".

This event was a reference in the Angolan scientific panorama and, as well, in the African continent, Excellency Secretary of State for Higher Education, Professor Eugénio Adolfo Alves da Silva was present in the opening and closing ceremonies.
