The Centre of Studies in European Union Law (CEDU) organised a seminar (in a workshop format) under the subject "Constitutional Jurisdiction and Economic Interests" in partnership with PUC-SP (Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo) and EPD (Escola Paulista de Direito). The aforementioned reflection forum, held on September 12 and 13, 2017, promoted a dialogue around the many issues related to the topic, namely those related to the legal regulation (self and hetero regulation) of economic and financial relations and its judicial appraisal - which includes reform and improvement of economic systems (capitalism), a new valuation of labor, a new redistribution of wealth - in a context of inter-constitutionality, transnationality and globalization.
