On October 20, 2017, from 3:30 p.m., will take place at the Noble Auditorium of the Law School of the University of Minho (Gualtar Campus, Braga) an activity on "The EU and the Digital Single Market".
 
The activity is promoted by the Centre of Studies in European Union Law (CEDU) in association with the European Parliament Information Office.
 
Taking the Jean Monnet project "Interoperability as the way forward" with the acronym "INTEROP", this will be a multidisciplinary debate with European political actors on the  Single Digital Market, taking into account its potentialities and weaknesses in order to understand its impact especially for the Member States.

The activity will result in a thematic number from UNIO - EU Law Journal in order to dogmatically sediment the state of the art resulting from this encounter.
 
The conclusions resulting from this activity will be presented by the Members of the Jean Monnet Project at the Seminar entitled "The Single Digital Market and Digital Transformation in Portugal", promoted by the European Commission Representation in Portugal, on October 25, 2017, at the Centro Cultural de Belém in Lisbon and, on 27 and 28 November 2017, at the Jean Monnet Conference in Brussels.
