In order to debate the 40 years of the Portuguese Constitution and the 30 years of Portugal's accession to the European Union, the Centre of Studies in European Union Law (CEDU) and the Department of Public Law of Minho University's Law School associated to the European Parliament's Office in Portugal and organized the colloquium 40/30: from the Constitutional project to the integration project - hopes, cepticism and reality, in a political-constitutional debate.
