FCT/CAPES Interconstitutionality Colloquium

 "Interculturality, Interconstitutionality, Interdisciplinarity"

 IV Colóquio Macrofilosófico
I Colóquio sobre Interconstitucionalidade

Under the Portuguese-Brazilian cooperation project "Interconstitutionality: constitutional provisions in network-style and European integration in worldwide society" (FCT-CAPES) and Jean Monnet Chair in European Union Law, CEDU promoted a colloquium. This meeting (in a workshop format) is the result of a partnership between CEDU and researchers from both public universities in Barcelona (philosofers from Barcelona University and jurists from Autonomous University of Barcelona) who surrendered to the calls of the Interconstitutionality theory, which gives mote to the project and challenged CEDU?s researchers for an interdisciplinary that looms consistent and promising.

Topics to debate:
* Interculturality: identities, globalized social dynamics and human rights;
* Interconstitutionality: constitutional rules in network integration and European society in the world;
