Dr. Flávia Loureiro's PhD examination took place on April 27, in the Sala de Atos of the Law School of University of Minho.
The theme of the PhD thesis was within Legal-Public Sciences and the title was "Direito Penal da Concorrência: A tutela da liberdade concorrencial e a criminalização do cartel" (Penal Competition Law: The protection of the freedom of the completion and criminalization of the cartel). The candidate was approved by unanimous vote.
