Professor Alessandra Silveira, within her Jean Monnet Chair, promoted activities in several Brazilian Universities during September 2013. The activities started in Vale do Itajaí University (UNIVALI) in Santa Catarina/ Brazil, where she lectured four seminars. Next, she moved to São Paulo where she had the opportunity to lecture on European Union Law in four public universities (PUC-SP, FADISP, EPD and Rio Branco).The following University was Paraíba?s Federal University (João Pessoa, Paraíba, Brazil) where she lectured a short course on "Contemporary Problems of European Constitutionalism". Finally she went to Brasília University (DF, Brazil) where she was able to present on an International Congress called "Juridical and Constitutional Problems in World's Society". She was also able to lecture a short course on "European Union Law - interconstitutionality's perspectives and challenges" with the support of both her assistants Joana Rita Abreu and Sophie Perez Fernandes.
