Within the project "Interconstitutionality: Network Constitutional Norms and European Intergation in World's Society" (funded by FCT-CAPES) and Jean Monnet Chair in EU Law (funded by the European Commission), CEDU's Director and young researchers of the same centre participated in a week of activities in the Brazilian federal capital (between 16 and 20 September 2013). Professor Alessandra Silveira spoke on the International Congress "Juridical and Constitutional Problems of World's Society", organized by Professor Marcelo Neves. Besides lecturing a short course on "European Union Law - perspectives and challenges of Interconstitutionality", with the support of her assistants Joana Rita Abreu and Sophie Perez Fernandes. Minho University's PhD students (Joana Abreu, Sophie Fernandes, Francielle Vieira, Marco Ibba e Taiza Silva) participated in the workshop on "Crisis and Constitutionalism" in which they had the opportunity of arguing this subject with Brazilian PhD students.
